摘要
现代产业学院是产教融合、培养高素质人才的有效途径,其协同共建可看作校政企按照相关制度,打造一种相互制约又相互促进的共轭关系,形成稳定、协调、可持续的生态系统。基于共轭生态理论,提出打造共轭关系、营造“宏生境”、优化“微观境”的路径,解决“共轭要素”关联度不高、“宏生境”体制不健全、“微观境”因素发挥不足等问题。
Modern industrial college is an effective way to integrate industry and education and cultivate high-quality talents.Its collaborative construction can be regarded as a conjugate relationship that restricts and promotes each other in accordance with relevant systems,forming a stable,coordinated and sustainable ecosystem.Based on the theory of conjugate ecology,this paper puts forward the path of creating conjugate relationship,creating macro-habitat and optimizing micro-habitat,and solves the problems of low correlation of conjugate elements,imperfect macro-habitat system and insufficient play of micro-habitat factors.
