摘要
发展文旅产业是实施乡村振兴的重要抓手,皖北地区文化资源深厚,是发展乡村旅游的重要基础.立足皖北地区社会经济发展的实际状况和文化资源特色,深入分析文旅产业要素发展现状,指出皖北地区文旅产业发展的现状特征和存在问题主要表现在仍然采用资源依托型发展模式、文旅产品体系以传统游览观光型为主、文旅产业发展活力不足等方面.在此基础上,以文旅市场需求为导向,针对存在的问题,提出创新文旅产业发展模式、优化文旅产业发展投资环境、重视文化创意和旅游科技赋能、升级各类乡村旅游供给要素配置等促进文旅产业发展的措施.
The development of cultural tourism industry is an important starting point for the implementation of rural revitalization.North Anhui has profound cultural resources,which is an important foundation for the development of rural tourism.Based on the actual situation of social and economic development and the characteristics of cultural resources in northern Anhui,this article deeply analyzes the current situation of the development of cultural and tourism industry elements,and points out that the current characteristics and existing problems of the development of cultural and tourism industry in northern Anhui are mainly reflected in the fact that the resource dependent development model is still adopted,the cultural and tourism product system is dominated by traditional sightseeing,and the development vitality of the cultural and tourism industry is insufficient.On this basis,this article,guided by the needs of the cultural and tourism market,proposes measures to promote the development of the cultural and tourism industry,such as innovating the development model of the cultural and tourism industry,optimizing the investment environment for the development of the cultural and tourism industry,emphasizing cultural creativity and the empowerment of tourism technology,and upgrading the allocation of various rural tourism supply factors.
