摘要
教育是国家繁荣富强的重要保障,研究生教育是我国教育发展的基石,也是引领我国高等教育发展的旗帜。研究生教育能满足人才市场的需求,为国家培养更多优秀人才。为响应国家对于培养高等人才的战略需求,高等院校在近些年不断扩大研究生的招生规模。机遇与挑战并存,这造成了一定程度的就业问题,特别是在一些欠发达的少数民族地区,由于受经济、地理位置等原因的影响,就业问题尤为凸显。为欠发达地区少数民族研究生就业问题提出了针对性的建议。
Education is an important guarantee for the prosperity of a country,and graduate education is the cornerstone of the development of education and the banner leading the development of higher education in China.Postgraduate education is to meet the needs of the talent market and train more excellent talents for the country and society.Therefore,institutions of higher education have been expanding the enrollment scale of postgraduate students in recent years in response to the country’s strategic needs for training higher-level talents.Opportunities and challenges coexist,and excessive enrollment has brought serious employment problems,especially in some underdeveloped ethnic minority areas,due to economic,geographical location and other reasons.This problem is highlighted in these areas.Based on this,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for the employment of ethnic minority postgraduates in the underdeveloped areas.
