Euro NCAP与C-NCAP侧面碰撞工况下WorldSID 50th假人损伤研究 被引量:1

摘要 在2020版Euro NCAP和2021版C-NCAP侧面碰撞标准中,驾驶员位置均放置WorldSID 50th型侧碰撞假人,为研究WorldSID 50th假人在2种工况下的响应特性,选取某款车型分别在2种工况下进行实车碰撞试验,对驾驶员假人头部加速度、胸部肋骨位移、腹部肋骨位移和耻骨力等进行对比分析,结合假人损伤百分比,研究2种标准的实质性差异,为该类车型的碰撞安全性能改进提供一些参考依据。结果表明,除了胸部上肋骨和耻骨外,Euro NCAP侧碰工况损伤情况均大于C-NCAP侧碰工况,胸部下肋骨损伤百分比最大。 In the 2020 version Euro NCAP and 2021 version C-NCAP side impact standard,the WorldSID 50th side impact dummy is placed in the driver's position.In order to study the response characteristics of the WorldSID 50th dummy under two working conditions,a certain vehicle model is selected to carry out real vehicle collision tests under two working conditions,and the head acceleration,chest rib displacement,abdominal rib displacement and pubic force of the driver dummy are compared and analyzed,combined with the percentage of dummy injury.The substantial difference between the two standards is studied in order to provide some reference for the improvement of collision safety performance of this kind of vehicles.The results showed that except for the upper chest ribs and pubis,the injury of Euro NCAP side impact was greater than that of C-NCAP side impact,and the percentage of lower chest rib injury was the largest.
