摘要
当前旋转式斯特林制冷机驱动控制电路核心器件大多选用国外元器件进行设计,存在获取困难、价格高昂等问题。使用易获取、有保障的国产元器件,设计一种数字式斯特林制冷机驱动控制电路,以控制成本、增加产量。基于PID控制算法,对国产元器件进行选型,设计电路的软件及硬件,并给出测试结果。结果表明基于PID控制算法的制冷机驱动控制电路效率高、运行平稳、性能可靠。
At present,most of the core devices of the rotary Stirling refrigerator drive control circuit are designed with foreign components,and there are problems such as difficulty in obtaining and high prices.Using easily accessible and guaranteed domestic components,this paper designs a digital Stirling refrigerator drive control circuit to control costs and increase production.Based on PID control algorithm,the domestic components are selected,the software and hardware of the circuit are designed,and the test results are given.The results show that the refrigerator drive control circuit based on PID control algorithm has high efficiency,smooth operation and reliable performance.
