摘要
介绍了OSLO流化床型连续蒸发结晶器的工作原理。通过对原液浓度、循环泵的转速、加热器蒸汽压力、风冷系统温差等因素进行分析,找出结晶工艺条件对二钼酸铵产量的影响规律,实现了提高产量,连续生产的目的,对实际生产起到指导性作用。
The working principle of OSLO fluidized bed continuous evaporation crystallizer was introduced.By analyzing the stock solution concentration,the speed of the circulation pump,heating steam pressure,the temperature difference of air cooling system and so on,the influence of crystallization process conditions on the yield of ammonium dimolybdate were found out which has achieved the goal of increasing production and continuous production,and has played a guiding role in the actual production.
