摘要
沉管隧道接岸段管节通常在基坑内现浇,然后拆除基坑的部分围堰形成作业面,与水上安装的管节对接,这一过程中基坑内的其他施工作业不能停止,由此引出了沉管隧道接岸二次止水的问题。其难点在于:止水结构的尺度通常较大,且工况复杂、安全要求高,相邻结构差异大(接合面底部为管节、两侧为围堰结构)容易导致不均匀沉降,最终形成漏水通道影响二次止水效果,此外沉管隧道接岸段的施工作业面狭窄,尽可能减少现场作业也是需要考虑的问题。通过选择大型钢结构体系方案,对钢结构体系的变形和钢结构与混凝土之间的止水措施进行研究,验证了止水体系的可靠性,并成功应用于大连湾海底隧道项目,为类似工程项目提供了新经验。
The shore connection segments for an immersed tube tunnel are usually cast-in-place in the foundation pit.Upon the completion of the shore connection segment,part of the cofferdam of the foundation pit is removed to form a working face and the shore connection segment is connected to the tube segments installed on the water.In this process,other construction operations in the foundation pit cannot be stopped,which leads to the problem of the secondary water stop of immersed tube tunnel.The difficulty lies in that,the size of the water stop structure is usually very large,the working conditions are complex with higher safety requirements,and the difference between adjacent structures is large( with tube segments at the bottom of the joint surface and cofferdams on both sides),which is easy to lead to uneven settlement,thus resulting in water leakage passages affecting the secondary water stopping.In addition,the construction face of the shore connection for the immersed tube tunnel is narrow and it is also a problem to be considered to reduce the field operation as much as possible.By selecting a large steel structure system,the deformation of the steel structure system and the water stopping measures between the steel structure and the concrete are studied and the reliability of the water stopping system is verified.Hence,the above problems are solved through the selection of a large steel structure system which is successfully applied to the Dalian Bay Undersea Immersed Tunnel project,providing new experience for similar engineering projects.
