摘要
市场经济背景下,本科学校开展课程体系建设应当基于专业在后续就业中所起作用以及应当具备的职业技能为考量方向,优化现有课程体系。从分析当前经济管理类专业基于职业技能模块的课程体系建设现状及课程体系建设的着力点入手,建设基于职业技能模块的课程体系,就基本思路和基本原则展开讨论。其次,给出关于培养目标—梯队化;培养方案—连续化;评价体系—标准化和基地建设—体系化的具体实践路径,以期培养以市场需求为导向,具备良好的职业道德、扎实的专业理论知识、较高的学科素养和实践技能,适应经济社会发展需要的新时代高层次应用型专门人才。
Under the background of market economy,the curriculum system construction in undergraduate schools should be based on the role of majors in subsequent employment and the vocational skills they should possess,so as to optimize the existing curriculum system.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the curriculum system based on vocational skills modules in economics and management majors and the focus of the construction of the curriculum system,the article firstly discusses the basic ideas and basic principles for the construction of the curriculum system based on vocational skills modules.Secondly,it gives the specific practical paths about cultivation goal-echelonization,cultivation program-continuity,evaluation system-standardization,base construction-systematization of specific practical paths,with a view to cultivating new-age high-level applied professionals with good professional ethics,solid professional theoretical knowledge,high disciplinary literacy and practical skills oriented to market demand,and adapting to the needs of economic and social development.
