摘要
依托2021年湖北省乡村建设评价工作,选取远安县、孝昌县、罗田县作为典型样本县,运用参与式农村评估法(participatory rural appraisal)和半结构式访谈,综合评估湖北省典型县的农房建设特征。调查研究发现:(1)各乡镇农房建设水平差异较大,总体上与经济、区位、地区开放程度呈正相关,但并非一定是必然性线性关联;(2)各县农房建房者专业化程度低,不合理的节约成本和不匹配的空间追求直接导致农房质量较低;(3)经济发展水平与农房建设水平提升不同步,导致农房客观建设水平与村民主观满意度存在落差。提升本地工匠的专业意识、关键知识与技艺水平,加强政府政策制定与技术、法规引导,提倡与新生活方式相匹配的营造风尚,有利于总体提升农房建设水平乃至人居环境建设水平。
Based on the evaluation of 2021 Rural construction in Hubei province,Yuan'an county,Xiaochang county and Luotian county are selected as typical sample counties to comprehensively evaluate the characteristics of rural housing construction in typical counties in Hubei province by means of participatory rural appraisal and semi-structured interview.The results show that:①there are great differences in the construction of rural housing in different counties,and the level of rural housing construction is positively correlated with local economy,location and regional conditions,but it is not necessarily inevitable.②The unprofessional construction skills and unreasonable cost saving and mismatched space pursuit directly lead to the low quality of rural housing.③There is a gap between the level of economic development and the level of rural housing construction,which reduces the satisfaction of villagers.All these indicate that to enhance the professional awareness and skill level of local craftsmen,strengthen the government's policy formulation and technical guidance,to promote a style that matches the new lifestyle are beneficial to the improvement of the overall level of rural housing construction and even the level of living environment construction.
