摘要
为提高煤炭资源采出率、延长矿井服务年限,欲对裕兴煤业一采区大巷保护煤柱进行回收。综合运用数值模拟、理论分析及矿压监测等手段对回收工作面合理布置方式进行研究。结果表明,回风平巷与15101工作面采空区间煤柱合理宽度为4~6 m,运输平巷与15103工作面采空区拐点间距离应不小于20 m,两顺槽掘进期间表面变形量在设计允许范围内,侧面论证了巷道布置位置的合理性,对于类似煤柱的回采设计具有借鉴意义。
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and prolong the service life of the mine,it is necessary to recycle the protective coal pillar of the main roadway in the first mining area of Yuxing Coal Industry.The reasonable layout of the recovery working face is studied by means of numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and mine pressure monitoring.The results show that the reasonable width of the coal pillar between the return airway and the goaf of the 15101 working face is 4-6 m,and the distance between the transportation roadway and the inflection point of the goaf of the 15103 working face should not be less than 20 m.The surface deformation during the excavation of the two crossheadings is within the allowable range of the design.The rationality of the roadway layout position is demonstrated,which has reference significance for the mining design of similar coal pillars.
