摘要
文章以惠州历史城区内的四个历史文化街区为研究对象,基于OSM路网、POI和百度热力图等多源数据分析街区活力,并结合当地规划成果探讨惠州历史文化街区的活化利用情况。研究发现:四个历史文化街区因不同的规划目标定位、道路交通布局、功能业态分布与历史文化资源利用,街区活力情况差异明显;休息日的街区整体活力普遍高于工作日,且各街区的活力热点与冷点相对固定,只是不同时刻活力值存在变化;密集的餐饮、休闲娱乐和购物有助于街区汇聚人气。基于上述结果,对四个历史文化街区的活力提升提出几点建议。
Taking four historical and cultural blocks in Huizhou Historical City as the research object,the vitality of these blocks was analyzed based on multi-source data such as the OSM road network,POI and Baidu thermal map.According to the local architectural planning results,the activation utilization of these blocks was discussed.It was found that the vitality level of these blocks was significantly dfferent due to different planning objectives and positioning,road traffic layout,functional business distribution and utilization of historical and cultural resources.The overall vitality of these blocks on weekends was generally higher than that on weekdays.Furthermore,the hot and cold spots of vitality in these blocks were unchanged,and the vitality level changed only at different times.Dense hotels,leisure and entertainment places and shopping centers were conducive to the gathering of popularity in these blocks.In view of the above results,several suggestions for improving the vitality of these blocks were proposed.
