摘要
针对某款新能源汽车用永磁同步电机采用“V”型转子磁钢拓扑结构存在转矩脉动大、电磁噪音振动大,制造成本高等问题,通过将原方案转子冲片磁钢“V”型结构优化设计为“U+1”型拓扑结构,基于Ansys仿真对比分析了两转子磁钢拓扑结构分别不同工况下的电机性能,仿真结果表明,“U+1”型转子磁钢拓扑结构能有效降低电机转矩脉动,优化NVH性能。
Aiming at the problems such as large torque ripple,large electromagnetic noise and vibration as well as high manufacturing cost of a certain type of new energy vehicle PMSM with“V”rotor magnetic steel topology structure,the original rotor lamination magnetic steel“V”topology structure is optimized to“U+1”one.Based on Ansys simulation,the electric performance of the motors with two rotor magnetic steel topology structures under different working conditions is compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that“U+1”rotor magnetic steel topology structure can effectively reduce the motor torque ripple and optimize NVH performance.
