超低渗透油藏水平井井筒处理工艺技术探索

摘要 姬塬油田A1区为超低渗透油藏,采用水平井开发模式。为提高区块开发效果开展注CO_(2)分段补能工艺试验。试验前必须进行全井段井筒处理,确保水平段工程测井、固井质量测试能够符合试验方案技术标准。为此,结合A1区油藏特征,开展了井筒冲砂、磨铣、试压等井筒处理重点工序技术研究,明确了A1区水平井井筒处理工序、相关工艺参数及技术要求。现场试验表明,定型的水平井井筒处理工艺适用于低渗透、超低渗透油藏,可将施工周期由16 d缩短为11 d,工程测井、固井质量测井一次测试成功率100%。 The A1 block of Jiyuan oilfield is an ultra-low permeability reservoir,which adopts horizontal well development mode.Staged CO_(2) replenishing formation energy test were carried out to improve development effect of the block.Before the test,the whole well section must be treated to ensure that the horizontal section engineering logging and cementing quality testing can meet the technical standards of the experimental program.Therefore,the research on the key wellbore treatment procedures such as sand washing,milling and pressure testing was carried out,and the wellbore treatment procedures,related process parameters and technical requirements of the horizontal well in A1 block were defined,combined with the reservoir characteristics of the A1 block.Field results show that the established horizontal well wellbore treatment technology is suitable for low permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoirs,and can shorten the construction period from 16 d to 11 d.The success rate of engineering logging and cementing quality logging is 100%.
