摘要
为进一步研究棘胸蛙烂皮病的致病菌,从丽水龙泉某养殖场挑选出患有烂皮病的棘胸蛙,并从病蛙患处分离出一株新致病菌。通过形态观察、革兰氏染色、质谱分析、16SrRNA PCR产物测序、人工感染试验和系统进化树分析,鉴定该菌株为荧光假单胞菌。纸片扩散法药敏实验结果表明:该菌株对链霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、多黏菌素和氧氟沙星高度敏感,对氯霉素和复方新诺明中度敏感,对红霉素、头孢唑林、青霉素和氨苄西林产生耐药。
In order to further study the pathogenic bacteria of rotten skin disease,Quasipaa spinosas with rotten skin disease were selected from a farm in Longquan,Lishui,and a new pathogenic bacteria was isolated from the affected part of the sick Quasipaa spinosa.Through morphological observation,Gram staining,mass spectrometry analysis,sequencing of 16S rRNA PCR products,artificial infection test and phylogenetic tree analysis,the strain was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens.The results of drug sensitivity test by disk diffusion method showed that the strain was highly sensitive to streptomycin,gentamicin,amikacin,polymyxin and ofloxacin,moderately sensitive to chloramphenicol and compound sulfamethoxazole,and resistant to erythromycin,cefuroxime,penicillin and ampicillin.
