摘要
本文以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大新发展理念为基础,构建2003-2019年中国256个地级市的经济高质量发展指标体系,从“规模和结构”视角研究我国教育财政投入对经济高质量发展影响。结果发现:(1)从规模来看,教育财政投入增加显著促进经济高质量发展;从结构来看,县乡教育财政投入比市辖区的促进作用更显著。(2)影响路径分析显示,教育财政投入主要通过创新、共享和绿色发展促进经济高质量发展。(3)教育财政投入规模和结构对经济高质量发展的影响在不同地区、不同行政级别城市具有异质性。因此,增加教育财政投入规模,优化教育财政投入城乡结构,是实现经济高质量发展的可行路径。
Based on the five new development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing,this paper constructs an indicator system for high-quality economic development of 256 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2019,and studies the impact of financial investment in education on high-quality economic development in China from the perspective of"scale and structure".The results show that:(1)In terms of scale,the increase of financial investment in education has significantly promoted high-quality economic development.From the perspective of structure,the the promotion effect of financial investment in education of counties and townships is more significant than that of municipal districts.(2)The impact path analysis shows that the financial investment in education mainly promotes high-quality economic development through innovation,sharing and greenness.(3)The impact of the scale and structure of financial investment in education on high-quality economic development is heterogeneous in different regions and cities at different administrative levels.Therefore,increasing the scale of financial investment in education and optimizing the urban-rural structure of financial investment in education are feasible ways to achieve high-quality economic development.
