摘要
在我国经济不断发展的今天,土木工程建设规模也在逐年变大。然而目前土木工程施工中还存在着一些管理上的问题,不仅影响工程的正常进行,而且对工程的质量和安全造成不利的影响。因此,从土木施工管理的角度,分析了目前我国土木工程施工管理中的问题,提出了相应的措施和解决办法,并对土木工程施工管理发展趋势进行了研究,以期为今后的施工管理工作提供参考。
With the continuous development of China's economy,the scale of civil engineering construction is also increasing year by year.However,there are still some management issues in the current civil engineering construction,which not only affect the normal progress of the project,but also adversely affect the quality and safety of the project.Therefore,from the perspective of civil engineering construction management,this paper analyzes the current problems in China's civil engineering construction ma-nagement,proposes corresponding measures and solutions,and studies the development trend of civil engineering con-struction management,with a view to providing reference for future construction management work.
