摘要
锂电池隔膜作为锂电池的重要组成部分,对锂电池的安全性及稳定性至关重要,但随着锂电池的应用范围不断增加,锂电池火灾的数量不断增加,造成重大财产损失。而目前锂电池的改进研究多集中于工艺角度,缺乏锂电池隔膜的安全性研究。针对这种情况,本文从锂电池火灾、碰撞挤压、穿刺等事故特点入手,对锂离子电池隔膜的安全性能影响因素、隔膜改性研究现状以及性能测试方法进行了阐述。基于锂电池事故现状对隔膜的安全性能测试方法提出改进意见,可为未来锂电池隔膜的发展方向及热失控安全测试提供借鉴。
As an important part of lithium-ion battery,the diaphragm plays a vital role in the safety and stability of lithium battery.However,with the increasing application of lithium battery,the number of lithium battery fire is increasing,resulting in significant property losses.At present,the improvement of lithium battery is mainly focused on the process,and the safety of lithium battery diaphragm is not studied.In view of this situation,starting from the characteristics of lithium battery fire,collision extrusion,puncture and other accidents,this paper expounds the factors influencing the safety performance of lithium-ion battery diaphragm,the research status of diaphragm modification and performance testing methods.Finally,based on the current situation of lithium battery accidents,the safety performance test method of diaphragm is improved,which can provide reference for the development direction of lithium battery diaphragm and thermal runaway safety test in the future.
