摘要
目的 研究泡核桃青皮的化学成分。方法 采用溶剂提取法,硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等柱色谱方法对化学成分进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振波谱并结合文献数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从泡核桃青皮乙酸乙酯部位分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基-苯甲酸乙酯(3)、4-羟基-苯甲酸乙酯(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、5-羟基-4-甲氧基-α-四氢萘酮(6)、4,5-二羟基-α-四氢萘酮(7)、4,5,8-三羟基-α-四氢萘酮(8)、(4S)-4-羟基-α-四氢萘酮-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、(4R)-4,8-二羟基-α-四氢萘酮-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、(4S)-4,5,8-三羟基-α-四氢萘酮-5-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)。结论 化合物2~5和11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from green husk of Juglans sigillata Dode.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method,silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 column and other chromatographic methods.Spectral method and literature data were used to identify the compounds' structures.Results Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as:β-sitosterol(1),oleanolic acid(2),ethyl-4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoate(3),p-hydroxybenzoic acid ethyl ester(4),daucosterol(5),5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-α-tetralone(6),4,5-dihydroxy-α-tetralone(7),4,5,8-trihydroxy-α-tetralone(8),juglanoside A(9),berchemiaside A(10) and juglanoside E(11).Conclusion Compounds 2-5 and 11 were isolated from Juglans sigillata Dode for the first time.
