摘要
目的 研究腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者行规范化康复治疗的效果。方法 随机选取兴化市第二人民医院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的80例LDH患者作为研究对象,根据随机取样法分为常规组(常规康复治疗,n=40)、规范组(规范化康复治疗,n=40)。比较分析两组的生活质量、临床指标、临床疗效及后遗症。结果 治疗前两组生活质量、临床指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后规范组SF-36评分高于常规组,规范组ODI、VAS评分低于常规组,规范组ADL评分、直腿抬高角度高于常规组,规范组有效率(95.00%)高于常规组(80.00%),规范组后遗症发生率(7.50%)低于常规组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 规范化康复治疗LDH患者可改善腰椎功能、自理能力,促进其早期回到社会、日常生活,减轻疼痛、增强治疗效果,有效减缓病情,避免发生后遗症情况。
Objective To study the effect of standardized rehabilitation treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods random selection 80 patients with LDH admitted to Xinghua Second People´s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected as the study subjects,and were divided into conventional group(conventional rehabilitation treatment,n=40)and standardized group(standardized rehabilitation treatment,n=40)according to the random sampling method.The quality of life,clinical indexes,clinical efficacy and sequelae of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life and clinical indicators between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the SF-36 score of the standardized group was higher than that of the conventional group,the ODI and VAS scores of the standardized group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the ADL score and straight leg raising angle of the standardized group were higher than those of the conventional group,the effective rate of the standardized group(95.00%)was higher than that of the conventional group(80.00%),and the incidence of sequelae of the standardized group(7.50%)was lower than that of the conventional group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized rehabilitation treatment for LDH patients can improve lumbar spine function and self-care ability,promote their early return to society and daily life,reduce pain,enhance treatment effect,effectively slow down the disease and avoid sequelae conditions.
