摘要
目的 研讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)治疗胃间质瘤的临床效果及手术安全性。方法 随机选取2020年1月—2021年1月宜兴市第四人民医院及南京医科大学附属江宁医院的胃间质瘤患者50例,根据落实的治疗方案不同分为两组,各25例。常规组选择开腹手术治疗,治疗组选择ESD治疗。对比两组治疗效果与应用价值。结果 治疗组在院治疗时间、手术操作时间短于常规组,术中出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.723、26.126、11.255,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率为92.00%,高于常规组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于常规组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。结论 ESD治疗胃间质瘤的临床效果显著,而且手术安全性高,手术操作时间段,更可缩短患者在院治疗时间,符合临床治疗需求。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection for the treatment of gastric stromal tumor.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,50 patients with gastric stromal tumors were randomly selected from the Fourth People´s Hospital of Yixing City and Jiangning Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.They were divided into two groups according to the different treatment plans implemented,with 25 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with open surgery,while the treatment group was treated with ESD.The therapeutic effect and application value of the two groups were compared.Results The time of hospital treatment and operation in the treatment group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.723,26.126,11.255,P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 92.00%,higher than that in the conventional group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.00%,lower than that in the conventional group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).Conclusion ESD treatment of gastric stromal tumor has significant clinical effect,and high surgical safety,operation time,can shorten the hospital treatment time of patients,in line with the clinical treatment needs.
