摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合艾灸对肺癌化疗患者骨髓抑制的防治作用。方法方便选择2018年2月-2021年6月期间于福建中医药大学附属人民医院行化疗治疗的78例肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组39例。对照组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂方案进行化疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用穴位贴敷联合艾灸治疗。针对两组治疗前后的血细胞指标与中医症状积分,以及骨髓抑制发生率进行对比。结果治疗后,研究组血红蛋白水平、粒细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨髓抑制的发生率为43.59%低于对照组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.214,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组面色少华、纳呆食少、头晕眼花、气短自汗积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者采用穴位贴敷联合艾灸防治骨髓抑制效果确切,具有临床应用与推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion on bone marrow suppression in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to June 2021 were conveniently selected as the research group and divided into two groups according to a random number table,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,and the study group was treated with acupoint application combined with moxibustion on the basis of control group.Blood cell indexes,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and incidence of myelosuppression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hemoglobin level,granulocyte count,white blood cell count and platelet count in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of myelosuppression in the study group was 43.59%lower than that in the control group(69.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.214,P<0.05).After treatment,the study group was lower than the control group in terms of facial appearance,eating less,dizziness,shortness of breath and sweating,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion on the prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is accurate and has clinical application and promotion value.
