摘要
目的:分析低位埋伏阻生智齿微创拔牙术中医用头灯+放大镜的临床效果。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年12月本院收治需要实施低位埋伏阻生智齿拔牙术患者共48例,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组24例,分析对照组患者与研究组患者的手术时长,并发症发生情况及手术舒适度。结果:对照组患者手术时间为(39.42±3.04)min,研究组患者手术时间为(19.43±4.32)min,研究组时间更短,效果更好,差异具有统计学意义(t=18.539,P=0.000)。对照组患者并发症发生率为54.15%,研究组患者并发症发生率为12.50%,研究组更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者舒适度评分为(94.53±5.31)分,对照组患者舒适度评分为(84.67±4.34)分,研究组评分更高,差异显著(t=7.043,P<0.05)。结论:使用医用头灯+放大镜进行低位埋伏阻生智齿微创拔牙术可以有效缩短手术时间,降低患者痛苦,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of medical headlight+magnifying glass in minimally invasive dental extraction of low impact impacted wisdom teeth.Methods:A total of 48 patients who needed low impact impacted wisdom tooth extractions were selected in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into a control group and a study group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group patients and the study were analyzed.The operation time of the patients in the group,the occurrence of complications and the comfort of the operation.Results:The operation time of patients in the control group was(39.42±3.04)min,and the operation time of patients in the study group was(19.43±4.32)min.The time of the study group was shorter and the effect was better.The difference was statistically significant(t=18.539,P=0.000).The complication rate of patients in the control group was 54.15%,and the complication rate of patients in the study group was 12.50%,which was lower in the study group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of patients in the study group was(94.53±5.31)points,and the comfort score of patients in the control group was(84.67±4.34)points.The score in the study group was higher and the difference was significant(t=7.043,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of medical headlights and magnifying glasses for minimally invasive extraction of low impact impacted wisdom teeth can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the suffering of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
