江西医用诊断X射线设备质量控制现状调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:掌握的医用诊断X射线设备质量控制状况。方法:采取随机抽样的方式,选择2021年1月到2021年12月39所医疗机构中的132台医用X射线诊断设备,按卫生行业标准等要求进行质量控制状态检测与评价。结果:2021年X射线透视机、计算机X射线摄影和屏片X射线摄影设备、CT、数字X射线摄影、全景牙科机、口内牙科机的质量控制抽样合格率分别为97%、100%、100%、97%、88%、86%。结论:医疗机构应该重视医用X射线诊断设备的质量控制检测,监管部门应重点加强含有不合格项目、无基线值和不满足检测条件设备的监督管理。 Objective:To master the quality control status of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment.Methods:By random sampling,132 medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in 39 medical institutions were selected from January 2021 to December 2021,and quality control status detection and evaluation were conducted according to the requirements of health industry standards.Results:In 2021,the quality control sampling qualification rate of X-ray fluoroscopy machine,CR and screen X-ray photography equipment,CT,DR,panoramic dental machine,and intraoral dental machine was 97%,100%,100%,97%,88%,and 86%,respectively.Conclusion:Medical institutions should pay attention to the quality control and testing of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment,and regulatory authorities should focus on strengthening the supervision and management of equipment containing unqualified items,no baseline values and does not meet the testing conditions.
