摘要
目的:探究精细化护理对糖尿病儿童胰岛素泵持续皮下注射后并发症预防及血糖控制效果影响。方法:选取本院2021年1月—2022年6月就诊的98例糖尿病患儿,以随机数字表法分为常规组和干预组,各49例。两组均行胰岛素泵持续皮下注射治疗,同时常规组接受常规护理,干预组接受精细化护理。比较两组血糖控制效果、并发症发生情况及家长满意度。结果:干预组干预后HbA1c、FPG、2hPG均低于干预前及常规组(P<0.05);干预组并发症总发生率为6.12%,低于常规组的20.41%(P<0.05);干预组家长总满意率为97.96%,高于常规组的83.67%(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理可有效减少糖尿病儿童胰岛素泵持续皮下注射后并发症发生风险,且血糖控制效果较好。
Objective:To explore the effect of meticulous nursing on the prevention of complications and blood glucose control after continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump in diabetic children.Methods:A total of 98 children with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into 49 routine group and 49 intervention group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump.At the same time,the routine group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received refined nursing.The blood glucose control effect,complications and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,HbAlc,FPG and 2hPG in the intervention group were lower than those before intervention and those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was 6.12%,which was lower than 20.41%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the intervention group was 97.96%,which was higher than 83.67%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meticulous nursing can effectively reduce the risk of complications after continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump in diabetic children,and the effect of blood glucose control is better.
