摘要
目的探讨特布他林结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选取我院2020年1月至2021年2月收治的80例小儿哮喘患儿,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予特布他林+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、趋化素样因子-1(CKLF-1)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞百分率均低于治疗前,淋巴细胞百分率高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQLTM4.0)各维度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特布他林结合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘能有效促进患儿病情康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of asthma in children.Methods A total of 80 children with asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with terbutaline+budesonide aerosol inhalation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),chemokine like factor-1(CKLF-1),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentages of neutrophils and eosinophils in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the percentage of lymphocytes was higher than that before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Pediatric Quality of Life InventoryTM4.0(PedsQLTM4.0)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of asthma in children can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patient's condition.
