摘要
针对“三农”管理中的数据量大且未及时处理、部门间共享难和业务协同难等问题,在收集、整理和分析“三农”业务信息和应用需求的基础上,利用GIS、云计算、物联网等技术,开展“三农”信息化建设研究,设计并搭建了智慧“三农”综合管理服务平台,构建智慧“三农”管理数据库,实现了“一门户”“一箱”“一中心”“掌上管”和“三应用场景”,全面提升了“三农”信息化管理水平,为农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展提供新动力。
To address the problems such as large amount of data and untimely processing,difficulty in sharing between departments and difficulty in business collaboration in management of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,this paper carries out research on informatization construction of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”and builds intelligent management database of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”by using GIS,cloud computing,Internet of things and other technologies on the basis of collecting,sorting and analyzing business information and application requirements of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.The intelligent integrated management service platform for agriculture,rural areas and farmers has been designed and built,and“one portal”,“one box”,“one center”,“handheld management”and“three application scenarios”have been realized,comprehensively improving the information management level of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and providing new impetus for the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture,comprehensive progress of rural areas and all-round development of farmers.
