风机性能测试实验装置的研制

摘要 风机广泛应用于石油石化、环保通风等国民生产的各个领域,风机的性能曲线测试是对风机进行选型、调节、设计和改进的主要依据。首先,针对风机性能测试,研制了风机性能曲线测试装置,采用多喷嘴风室用于测量风量和静压;其次,采用辅助风机引风的方式改变被测风机工况点,设置指示调节器实现工况点的PID精准调节;再次,以Visual Basic软件为开发平台,通过串口通信和Modbus RTU通信协议,实现数据采集和工况点的自动控制;最后,建立动态访问Access数据库实现测试数据的存储。结果表明:所研制的实验装置具有组成简单、自动化程度较高、气体流动过程直观等优点,可用于风量800 m^(3)/h以内通风机性能曲线的测定。 Fans are widely used in various fields of national production such as petroleum and petrochemical,environmental protection ventilation,etc.The performance curve test of the fan is the main basis for the selection,adjustment,design and improvement of the fan.The fan performance curve test device was developed,and the multinozzle air chamber was used to measure the air volume and static pressure;the auxiliary fan was used to induce air to change the working point of the fan under test;the indicator regulator was set to realize the PID precise adjustment of the working point;Visual Basic software is used as the development platform,through serial communication and Modbus RTU communication protocol,data acquisition and automatic control of operating points are realized;And dynamic access to Access database is established to realize the storage of test data.The results show that the experimental device developed has the advantages of simple composition,high degree of automation,and intuitive gas flow process.
