摘要
小型水库的报废将对其原有服务对象、下游防洪安全、流域生态环境等问题产生系列影响。文章以广东省马落塘水库为例,从水库现状问题诊断、经济社会与生态环境影响分析、水库报废前后经济效益评估等方面进行分析,论证水库报废后的系列影响,研究结论可为广东省小型水库的管理规划提供决策参考和建议。
The abandonment of small reservoirs will have a series of impacts on its original service objects,downstream flood safety,watershed ecological environment and other issues.Taking Maluotang Reservoir in Guangdong Province as an example,in this paper,a series of impacts after the abandonment of the reservoir are analyzed from the aspects of the diagnosis of the current problems of the reservoir,the analysis of the impact of economic society and ecological environment,and the evaluation of the economic benefits before and after the abandonment of the reservoir.The research result can provide reference and suggestions for the management planning of small reservoirs in Guangdong Province.
