摘要
研究基于经济社会学家波兰尼提出的嵌入理论,提出了研究生基层党组织执行力的评估体系,通过收集20个科研院所的研究生基层党组织建设情况,使用验证性因子分析方法,分析评估体系的信度和结构效度,调整和完善评估体系,最后就如何从4个嵌入维度加强和改进研究生基层党组织建设和组织执行力给出建议与对策。该成果也运用于高校、科研院所研究生基层党组织建设。
This study analyzes the form and features of graduate-student party organizations in research institutes based on the embedding theory proposed by economic sociologist Polanyi.The study examines these organizations from four embedding dimensions,proposing the theoretical model of the executive force of a graduate-student party organization.Using confirmatory factor analysis,20 graduate-student party construction situations from scientific research institutes were analyzed to test the structural validity of the theoretical model.Finally,recommendations and countermeasures on how to strengthen and improve the party organization construction and organizational execution of graduate students in scientific research institutes from four embedded dimensions were established.These findings may also prove useful for the party organization construction of graduate students in colleges and universities.
