摘要
从数字基础设施、数字化应用、数字化变革以及数字创新能力4个维度构建甘肃省数字经济发展水平综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,对2015-2020年甘肃省数字经济发展水平进行综合评价。采用灰色关联度分析数字经济和各子系统之间的关联性,并建立灰色预测模型GM(1,1)对甘肃省数字经济未来发展趋势进行预测。结果表明:甘肃省数字经济发展水平呈逐年上升趋势,但存在各子系统发展不平衡问题;数字化应用是甘肃省数字经济发展的主要推动力,数字化创新对数字经济的贡献度较低,是现阶段甘肃省数字经济发展的主要短板。
The comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy development level in Gansu Province is constructed from four dimensions of digital infrastructure,digital application,digital transformation and digital innovation ability.The index weight is determined by using the entropy method,the development level of digital economy in Gansu Province from 2015 to 2020 is evaluated.The relationship between the digital economy and its sub-systems is analyzed by using the grey relational grade,and establishes the grey forecasting model to forecast the future development trend of the digital economy Gansu Province.The results show that the development level of digital economy in Gansu Province is increasing year by year,but the development of each subsystem is unbalanced,and the digital application is the main driving force for the development of digital economy in Gansu Province.The contribution of digital innovation to digital economy is low,which is the main weakness of digital economy development in Gansu Province at present.
