摘要
“一站式”学生社区建设作为一项教育试点工作,仍处于探索阶段,开拓创新“一站式”学生社区建设路径具有重要意义。在疫情防控背景下,网格化管理极大地提升了高校管理水平,为学生社区建设创新路径提供了思路。创新社区育人机制,构建纵横育人体系,深入推动学生社区管理网格化、育人全员化、工作信息化、活动多样化的建设,既丰富了“一站式”学生社区创建路径,完善了“一站式”社区综合管理模式,又充分发挥了学生社区的综合育人功能,全面提高了育人实效。
As an educational pilot project,the construction of“one-stop services”student community,is still in the stage of exploration.Exploring and innovating the“one-stop”student community construction path is of great significance.In the context of epidemic prevention and control,grid management has greatly improved the management level of universities and provided ideas for innovative paths in student community construction.Innovating the community education mechanism,constructing a vertical and horizontal education system,and deeply promoting the construction of student community management grid,education for all,work informatization,and diversified activities.Which not only enriches the path of creating a“one-stop”student community,improves the“one-stop”community comprehensive management model,but also fully utilizes the comprehensive education function of student communities,comprehensively improving the effectiveness of education.
