摘要
以全国284个城市为样本,综合运用Super-SBM模型、ArcGIS可视化分析、面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型等方法,测算城市绿色创新效率,分析时空分布特征,并对城市绿色创新效率与产业结构升级的互动关系进行检验。结果表明:城市绿色创新效率与产业结构升级存在自我加强机制;城市绿色创新效率与产业结构升级存在相互促进关系。最后对城市提高绿色创新效率,优化产业结构提出相应的建议。
This paper takes 284 cities in China as samples,comprehensively uses Super-SBM model,ArcGIS visualization analysis,panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model and other methods to measure urban green innovation efficiency,analyze the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,and test the interaction between urban green innovation efficiency and industrial structure upgrading.The results show that there is a self-reinforcing mechanism between urban green innovation efficiency and industrial structure upgrading.The results also show that there is a mutual promotion relationship between urban green innovation efficiency and industrial structure upgrading.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of green innovation and optimize the industrial structure.
