摘要
为研究腹板加劲间距对钢梁受力的影响,采用数值模拟的方法,以实例工程为背景,建立钢梁有限元模型。通过提取钢梁顶底板、腹板、横隔板和加劲肋应力来分析腹板加劲肋间距调整前后,对其受力的影响。研究结果表明:钢梁腹板加劲间距对钢梁各部位受力均有一定影响,在条件允许的情况下,可减小腹板局部加劲竖向板肋间距来降低主梁各构件在垫块作用位置上方局部的峰值应力。
In order to study the effect of web stiffening distance on the stress of steel beam,a finite element model of steel beam was established by using numerical simulation method.The stress of top and bottom plate,web,diaphragm and stiffening rib of steel beam was extracted to analyze the influence of the spacing of web stiffening rib before and after adjusting.The results show that the web stiffening spacing has a certain effect on the forces in all parts of the steel beam.If conditions permit,the local stiffening vertical plate rib spacing of the web plate can be reduced to reduce the local peak stress of each member of the main beam above the position of the cushion.
