摘要
在知识生产方式演变、学术内涵式发展、社会进步需要等多重因素影响下,传统的大学分类体系已不能适应高等教育高质量发展的要求,新型大学范式越来越受到关注。基于对行业特色大学的发展现状进行分析,有必要对应用研究型的大学范式进行深入剖析,重点解决对其重要性认识不到位、对其层级界定不明确以及对其内涵理解不透彻等问题,从而将其视为行业特色大学转型发展的可选方向。在转型过程中,应秉承坚守行业特色、争创多元一流的总体思路,遵循应用导向的跨学科知识生产模式,以培养具有应用研究和知识转化能力的行业领军人才为核心,以服务行业和区域经济社会发展为重点,致力于解决行业产业和区域发展中的重点、难点问题,并具体从明确办学定位、强化学科引领、扎根应用属性、提升服务效能等维度稳妥推进。
Under the influence of multiple factors such as the evolution of knowledge production mode,the development of academic connotation,and the need for social progress,the traditional classification system of universities has been unable to meet the requirements of high quality development of higher education,and the new university paradigm has attracted more and more attention.Based on the analysis of the development status of industry-characteristic universities,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the paradigm of application-oriented research universities,focusing on solving the problems such as insufficient understanding of its importance,unclear definition of its level,and unclear understanding of its connotation,so as to regard it as an alternative direction for the transformation and development of industry-characteristic universities.In the process of transformation,we should adhere to the general idea of adhering to the characteristics of the industry and striving for diversity and first-class,follow the application-oriented interdisciplinary knowledge production mode,take the training of industry leaders with the ability of applied research and knowledge transformation as the core,focus on the service industry and regional economic and social development,and devote ourselves to solving the key and difficult problems in the industry and regional development.And specifically,we will steadily advance from the dimensions of defining the orientation of running a school,strengthening discipline guidance,taking root in application attributes,and improving service efficiency.
