摘要
以工业机器人核心部件RV减速器为研究对象,对摆线针轮及啮合处做传动性能分析。对减速器施加不同旋转速度,对摆线针轮及啮合处齿进行等效应力、等效弹性形变的分析评估。建立其三维结构模型,以ABS和聚乳酸(PLA)作为3D打印制造的基本材料,通过ANSYS对摆线针轮及啮合处进行力学对比分析,为利用塑料材料进行RV减速器制造和性能分析提供了依据。
Taking RV reducer,the core part of industrial robot,as the research object,the transmission performance of cycloid pin wheel and its meshing was analyzed.The equivalent stress and elastic deformation of cycloid pin wheel and meshing teeth were evaluated by applying different rotation velocity to the reducer.The three-dimensional structure model was established,ABS and PLA were used as the basic materials of 3D printing,and the mechanical comparison analysis of cycloid pin wheel and its meshing was carried out by ANSYS,which provided the basis for the manufacturing and performance analysis of RV reducer using plastic materials.
