摘要 提出了一种基于LTC6813的储能电池管理系统,该系统按照三层架构三级网络进行通讯设计。系统设计了三层装置:第一层为电池模组管理单元,第二层为电池簇管理单元,第三层为电池堆管理单元与液晶显示单元。对本系统内关键功能进行阐述,推导出本系统设计的温度采集方案的模型,并且理论测试与实际应用进行了对比。针对绝缘检测功能,提出了平衡桥不平衡桥绝缘测试方法,并理论结合应用进行方案验证。所提出的储能电池管理系统在实际工程中进行了应用,并获得了系统完整充放电循环的数据曲线,验证了系统的可实施性。 This paper presented an energy storage battery management system based on LTC6813,and the communication design of this system was based on three-tier network with three-tier architecture.The system designed a three-layer device.The first layer is the battery module management unit,the second layer is the battery cluster management unit,and the third layer is the battery stack management unit and the liquid crystal display unit.This paper expounded the key functions in this system,the model of temperature acquisition scheme designed by this system was deduced,and the theoretical test was compared with the practical application.For insulation detection function,the insulation test method of unbalanced bridge of balanced bridge was presented,and the theory was combined with the application to verify the scheme.The proposed energy storage battery management system was applied in practical projects,the data curve of the complete charge-discharge cycle of the system was obtained,and the feasibility of the system was verified.
