CRD法开挖在突泥涌水隧道中的应用

摘要 以昆明绕城高速公路东南段杨林隧道进口左线为背景,介绍了杨林隧道进口段在突泥、涌水复杂地质条件下所采用的CRD法开挖施工技术。杨林隧道进口左线ZK14+904位置发生多次突泥涌水,为顺利度过突涌口,采用了CRD法开挖,CRD法充分利用了中隔壁和临时仰拱的支撑作用,在软弱围岩中较为实用,有效地控制了隧道变形,确保了施工安全,取得了较好的处治效果;对类似地质条件的隧道施工具有借鉴意义。 Taking the left line of Yanglin tunnel entrance in the southeast section of Kunming ring expressway as the background,the construction technology of excavation with CRD method used in the entrance section of Yanglin tunnel under the complex geological conditions of mud and water inrush is introduced.Multiple mud and water inrush occurred at ZK14+904 on the left line at the entrance of Yanglin tunnel.In order to pass through the inrush smoothly,the excavation with CRD method is adopted.The CRD method is more practical in the weak surrounding rock by making full use of the support function of the middle partition and the temporary inverted arch,which can effectively control the tunnel deformation,ensure the construction safety,and achieve good treatment effect;it has reference significance for the tunnel construction with similar geological conditions.
