摘要
土地财政作为地方政府加快城市建设与推进现代化发展的重要抓手,成为学者剖析地方政府治理的重要切入点。本文运用知识图谱与文献聚类方法,梳理了我国土地财政领域的研究进展与前沿动态,明晰了土地财政研究的知识路径和演化逻辑,以期为土地财政领域的理论研究提供有益借鉴。在研究方法上,本文以2001-2021年知网数据库为文献来源,运用CiteSpace对1298篇CSSCI文献进行了可视化分析,总结了土地财政领域研究的热点主题与前沿动态。结果表明,我国土地财政领域的研究成果呈现出先快速上升,后平稳回落的态势。经济增长、财政分权、土地财政收益、房地产、城市化发展等是近二十年我国土地财政研究的热点主题,未来的研究重点将倾向于系统性风险、土地利用、财政纵向失衡等方向。
Land finance,as an important grasp for local governments to speed up urban construction and promote modern development,has become an important entry point for scholars to analyze local government governance.Using knowledge mapping and literature clustering methods to sort out the research progress and frontier developments in the field of land finance research in China,this paper clarifies the knowledge path and evolutionary logic of land finance research,with a view to providing useful reference for theoretical research in the field of land finance.In terms of research methods,this paper takes the CNKI database from 2001 to 2021 as the source,uses CiteSpace to make a visual analysis of 1298 CSSCI literatures,and summarizes the hot topics and frontier trends in the field of land finance research.The results show that research results in the field of land finance in China show a rapid rise followed by a steady decline;five areas,including economic growth,fiscal decentralization,land finance revenue,real estate and urbanization development,have been the hot topics of land finance research in the past two decades of China;while future research tends to be in the direction of systemic risk,land use and fiscal vertical imbalance.
