摘要
在《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》中规定:“完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化”,此决定指明了民族院校治理现代化的方向。因此,民族院校治理以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持党的全面领导,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,践行社会主义核心价值观,深化人才培养模式的改革,落实立德树人根本任务,重塑治理理念、加强多元共治、依法治理、强化自主办学、完善党委领导下校长负责制,才能破解民族院校治理现代化所面临的现实困境,寻求有效的出路,加快民族院校治理现代化进程。
The decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on deepening reform in an all-round way stipulates:“To improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and to promote the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity.”This decision points out the direction of the modernization of the governance of ethnic colleges and universities.Therefore,the gover⁃nance of ethnic colleges and universities should be guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,adhere to the overall leadership of the party,take casting the Chinese national com⁃munity consciousness as the main line,and practice the core socialist values,we will deepen the reform of the tal⁃ent-training model,carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,reshape the concept of governance,strengthen the principle of multi-governance,administer schools in accordance with the law,strengthen self-run schools,and improve the system of principal responsibility under the leadership of the party committee,in order to solve the realistic predicament of the modernization of the governance of ethnic uni⁃versities and colleges,we should seek an effective way out and speed up the process of the modernization of their governance.
