摘要
调研内分泌干扰物质及其在欧盟化妆品法规中的监管,为我国化妆品监管提供参考。我们对欧盟化妆品法规中内分泌干扰物质的监管进行概述,并汇总欧盟消费者安全科学委员会对潜在的内分泌干扰物质的评估结果,还对中欧法规限量之间进行了对比。中国化妆品法规虽未明确对内分泌干扰物质进行监管,但我国现行法规对内分泌干扰物质的监管限值与欧盟基本一致,而且还可以进一步加强。建议通过开展安全性评估、完善法规配套文件、加大各领域合作等方式加强内分泌干扰物质的监管力度。
Endocrine disruptors and their supervision in European Union(EU)cosmetics regulations were investigated to provide references for the supervision of cosmetics in China.An overview of the regulations of endocrine disruptors in EU cosmetic regulations were reviewed,and the results of the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety assessment of potential endocrine disruptors were summarized,and differences between the limits of Chinese and European regulations were compared.Although Chinese cosmetics regulations did not clearly regulate endocrine disruptors,the management limits of endocrine disruptors in Chinese current regulations are basically the same as those in the EU,which could be further strengthened.It is recommended to strengthen the supervision of endocrine disruptors by carrying out safety assessments,improving regulatory supporting documents,and increasing cooperation in various fields.
