摘要
透射电镜实验操作技术课是研究生学习的一门基础性实验课程,其教学质量对学生实验技能培养的优劣具有重要意义。本文结合透射电镜实验操作技术课的教学现状,分析了当前存在的问题,从教学内容、课时设置、教学模式和考核方式等环节进行改革和创新,将透射电镜实验课与虚拟仿真实验平台相结合,让学生更快更好的掌握透射电镜实验操作技能,从而提高实验课程的教学质量和水平。
Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)Experimental course is a basic course for graduate students,and the teaching quality of experimental courses is of great significance for students'experimental skills training.The current status and exiting problems of experimental courses were summarized.The experimental teaching in combining the TEM experimental courses and virtual reality experimental platform was reformed and innovated.The experimental teaching quality was improved,students was promoted to master TEM experimental operation skills faster and better.
