摘要
乡村振兴战略是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手,是实现农民增收、农业增效、农村增绿的战略谋划。高质量推广普通话有助于增强彝族群众自身“造血”功能,是促进就业、改善民生、实现共同富裕,以及巩固发展民族团结、社会稳定的必然要求,将助力乡村振兴战略在彝区落地生根。该文针对当前凉山彝区推广普通话的现状及语言态度、课程比例、教师素养、使用场域等方面存在的不足,提出针对性的对策建议,以期能够助推凉山彝区推普工作的高质量开展。
The rural revitalization strategy is the overall focus of the"three rural"work in the new era,and is a strategic plan to achieve farmers'income,agricultural efficiency,and rural greening.The high-quality promotion of Mandarin can help strengthen the"hematopoietic"function of the Yi people.It is an inevitable requirement for promoting employment,improving people's livelihood,achieving common prosperity,and consolidating national unity and social stability.It will help the rural revitalization strategy take root in the Yi region.This article aims at the current situation of promoting Mandarin in Liangshan Yi District,as well as the shortcomings in language attitude,curriculum proportion,teacher literacy,and field of use,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote the high-quality promotion of Mandarin in Liangshan Yi District.
