不同虫态叉角厉蝽对烟青虫捕食功能反应的分析 被引量:2

摘要 在发现叉角厉蝽对烟青虫幼虫具有较好捕食能力的基础上,在室内测定了不同虫态叉角厉蝽对烟青虫3龄幼虫的捕食能力,通过拟合HollingⅡ型功能反应模型,研究了不同虫态叉角厉蝽之间对烟青虫幼虫捕食能力的差异以及不同猎物密度对叉角厉蝽捕食能力的影响。结果表明,叉角厉蝽3、4、5龄若虫和雌成虫对烟青虫3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应都符合HollingⅡ圆盘方程,其中叉角厉蝽5龄若虫具有最强的捕食能力,对烟青虫3龄幼虫日最大捕食量、瞬时攻击率和处理时间分别为25.27头、0.5712和0.0396 d。不同虫态叉角厉蝽的搜寻效应与烟青虫幼虫密度呈负相关,叉角厉蝽雌成虫之间存在种内干扰作用,其自身密度干扰反应符合Hassell-Varley干扰模型。由此可知,叉角厉蝽对烟田烟青虫幼虫有较好的防控作用,为利用叉角厉蝽防治烟青虫提供了理论依据。 On the basis of a better predation ability of Eocanthecona furcellata on Heliothi sassulta larvae,the predation ability of different stages of E.furcellata on the 3rd instar larvae of H.assulta was measured under laboratory conditions.By fitting the HollingⅡfunctional response model,the differences of predation ability of different stages of E.furcellata on H.assulta larvae and the effects of different prey densities on predation ability of E.furcellata were studied.The results showed that all the predatory functional response of different stages of E.furcellata accorded with the model of HollingⅡequation.The predation ability of 5th instar nymph of E.furcellataon the 3rd instar larvae of H.assulta was the highest,with the daily maximum prey number(25.27),attacking efficiency(0.5712)and the handling time(0.0396 d).The searching efficiency of different stages of E.furcellata was negatively correlated with H.assulta larvae density.There were strong intraspecific interference reaction in the predation effect among E.furcellata adults,which could be described by the models of Hassell-Varley.E.furcellata has a good control effect on the larva of H.assulta in tobacco fields,which can provide theoretical basis for the biocontrol of H.assulta.
