摘要
中蒙跨境铁路是联通中蒙两国煤炭运输通道的重要基础设施,有助于完善中蒙两国交通贸易基础设施,有效降低中蒙大宗货物综合运输成本。基于中蒙两国政府已达成一个过境点的既定事实,对国内既有国境换装站场站布置及作业流程、中蒙跨境铁路及甘其毛都口岸建设概况进行了分析,研究新建中蒙跨境铁路引入甘泉铁路甘其毛都口岸站接轨方案,提出准轨单线引入、宽轨单线引入、宽准轨套轨双线引入及宽准轨并行双线引入4个接轨方案。通过综合比选,得出宽准轨并行双线引入接轨方案为最优方案,为中蒙跨境铁路早日建成联通提供借鉴参考。
The China-Mongolia cross-border railway is an important infrastructure connecting the coal transportation channels between China and Mongolia,which will help improve the transportation and trade infrastructure of the two countries and effectively reduce the comprehensive transportation cost of bulk goods between China and Mongolia.Since the Chinese and Mongolian governments have agreed on a border crossing point,the layout and operation flow of the existing domestic transshipment stations at the border,as well as the construction of the China-Mongolia cross-border railway and Ganqimaodu port were analyzed,and the connection schemes of introducing the newly built China-Mongolia cross-border railway into Ganqimaodu port station of Ganqimaodu-Wanshuiquan Railway were studied.Four connection schemes including standard track single line introduction,wide track single line introduction,gauntleted track double line introduction of wide standard tracks,and wide standard track parallel double line introduction were put forward.Through comprehensive comparison and selection,it is concluded that the scheme of wide standard track parallel double line introduction is the best,which provides a reference for the early completion of the China-Mongolia cross-border railway connection.
