摘要
序列相似度60家族成员A (FAM60A)作为新型生物标志物受到广泛关注,本研究介绍了FAM60A在胚胎干细胞(ESCs)中作为SIN3转录调控蛋白家族成员A (SIN3A)复合体稳定性和功能完整性的关键蛋白,通过对细胞周期的调控,促进增殖并维持ESCs处于未分化状态。分析了FAM60A在肿瘤发生发展中的重要作用,通过调控细胞周期和各种信号通路参与肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、迁移等生物学过程,提出肿瘤发生与胚胎发育有关,但具体分子机制以及参与的相关信号通路有待深层次挖掘,为以后的研究提供新方向。
Family with sequence similarity 60 member A(FAM60A) has attracted wide attention as a new biomarker. This paper introduced FAM60A as a key protein for the stability and functional integrity of the SIN3 transcription regulator family member A(SIN3A) complex in embryonic stem cells(ESCs). It promoted proliferation and maintained ESCs in an undifferentiated state by regulating the cell cycle. The important role of FAM60A in tumorigenesis and development was analyzed. By regulating cell cycle and various signal pathways to participate in the biological processes of tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and migration, it was proposed that tumorigenesis is related to embryonic development, but the specific molecular mechanism and its related signal pathways need to be deeply explored, thus providing a new direction for future research.
