摘要
通过对不同材质触摸屏保护膜接触角、雾度、规则透射比和镜面反射比的测试,分析了不同保护膜污染前后的光学性能变化。结果表明:钢化玻璃膜、TPU膜和PET膜均能被汗液和护肤品污染,钢化玻璃膜污染后光学性能变化最小,抗污染性最好,PET膜光学变化最大,抗污染性能最差;3种材质的保护膜抗汗液污染性均优于抗护肤品污染性。
The contact angle,haze,regular transmittance and specular reflectance of the protective film of touch screen made of different materials are tested.The optical performance changes of different protective film are an analyzed.The results show that the toughened glass film,TPU film and PET film can be contaminated by sweat and skin care products.The toughened glass film has the smallest change in optical properties and the best anti-pollution performance,while the PET film has the largest change in optical properties and the worst anti-pollution performance.The anti-perspiration pollution of protective film made of three materials is better than that of skin care products.
