摘要
随着国家“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,越来越多的中国建筑企业走出国门,承揽海外工程项目。北非为“一带一路”重点区域市场,北非地区EPC项目在实施过程中面临诸多制约因素,设计管理是主要挑战之一。以北非地区的EPC项目为背景,从海外项目的设计特点出发,以海外项目面临的问题为研究对象,分析海外项目设计管理的应对措施,并结合工程案例,对海外项目的设计管理进行探讨,最后提出海外项目设计管理重点工作。
With the deepening of the“One Belt One Road”initiative,more and more Chinese construction enterprises go abroad to undertake overseas projects.North Africa is a key regional market of the“One Belt One Road”initiative,EPC projects in North Africa face many constraints in the implementation process,design management is one of the main challenges.Based on EPC projects in North Africa,starting from the design characteristics of overseas projects,the problems faced by overseas projects are focused,then the countermeasures are analyzed.And the key point in the design management of overseas projects is elaborated in combination with cases.Finally,key work on design management of overseas projects is put forward.
