超临界流体色谱在天然产物分析的研究进展

摘要 超临界流体色谱(Supercritical Fluid Chromatography,SFC)是一种绿色环保高效的分离技术,适于分离分析难挥发和热稳定性差的物质,流动相选择范围广且易得便宜,既可与气相色谱检测器联用也可与液相色谱检测器联用,弥补气相色谱和液相色谱的不足,对于复杂天然产物的分离纯化具备一定优势,对超临界流体色谱在天然产物分析的研究进行了综述。 Supercritical fluid chromatography(SFC)is a green,environment-friendly and efficient separation technology.It is suitable for the separation and analysis of substances that are difficult to volatilize and have poor thermal stability.The mobile phase has a wide selection range and is easy to obtain and cheap.It can be combined with gas chromatography detector or liquid chromatography detector to make up for the shortcomings of gas chromatography and liquid chromatography,It has certain advantages in the field of separation and purification of complex natural products.In the paper the research of supercritical fluid chromatography in the analysis of natural products was reviews.
