摘要
改革开放以来大学生思想政治教育制度建设大致经历了恢复发展(1978-1989)、稳步发展(1989-2002)、快速发展(2002-2012)和创新发展(2012至今)四个阶段。不同发展阶段之间既相互独立又一脉相承,共同构成了一个连续的动态发展过程,并在演进逻辑上凸显出坚持党的领导与保持定力相统一、目标导向与问题导向相统一、实践创新与制度建设相统一、阶段发展与系统构建相统一、权威主导与民主参与相统一等五大鲜明特征。
Since the reform and opening-up,the institutional construction of college ideological and political education has roughly experienced four stages:recovery(1978-1989),steady development(1989-2002),rapid development(2002-2012),and innovative development(2012 to the present).While independent of each other,the four stages come down in one continuous line and constitute a consecutive dynamic process.In terms of the evolutionary logic,there are five distinct characteristics:unity of adhering to the Party's leadership and maintaining the independent national strategies,unity of target orientation and problem orientation,unity of practical innovation and institutional improvement,unity of stage development and system construction,unity of authority orientation and democratic participation.
