摘要
碳稳定同位素比值是植物油的一种自然属性,其数值受植物固碳循环、气候、地质、环境等因素的影响。本文搜集多种常见植物油,采用元素分析-稳定同位素质谱仪测定全油碳稳定同位素比值,并对不同品种植物油之间的差异进行分析,探索建立基于碳稳定同位素比值的植物油掺假鉴别方法。结果表明,不同品种植物油全油碳稳定同位素比值存在差异,其中玉米油数值最高,为-15.758‰~-14.905‰。借助玉米油与棕榈油之间较大的碳稳定同位素比值差异,建立了基于稳定同位素技术的玉米油中掺棕榈油的定性和定量鉴别方法。
Carbon stable isotope ratio is a natural characteristics of vegetable oils,and its value is affected by plant carbon fixation cycle,climate,geology,environment,etc.In this work,a variety of vegetable oils were collected and the carbon stable isotope ratio of whole oil was determined by stable isotope mass spectrometer.The differences of the carbon stable isotope ratio between different kinds of vegetable oils were analyzed,so as to explore and establish the identification method of vegetable oil adulteration.The results showed that there were differences in the carbon stable isotope ratios of the whole oil of different varieties of vegetable oils,among which the corn oil had the highest value,ranging from-15.758‰~-14.905‰.Based on the large difference of carbon stable isotope ratio between corn oil and palm oil,qualitative and quantitative identification methods of adulterated palm oil in corn oil based on stable isotope technology was established.
